How to Request Account Deletion
If you would like to permanently delete your account and associated personal data, please send an email to:

- Registered Email Address
- Registered Mobile Number (if applicable)
- Name of the application or service you use
- A brief request for account deletion
We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.
Account deletion is currently handled through our support team and is not available as an in-app feature in all of our applications.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Once your identity has been verified and your request has been approved, we will delete or anonymise personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable legal and retention requirements.
Depending on the application or service you use, this may include:

Not every application collects all of the types of information listed above. The information deleted will depend on the application and services associated with your account.
Once your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to access services using that account, and deleted information generally cannot be recovered.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may need to be retained for a limited period where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes, including:
- Tax, accounting, and financial records

- Fraud prevention and security investigations
